How the Heck does it all work???
- Pick your dream outfit to rent. Browse our gorgeous collection of bridal and vintage pieces.
- Check your measurements. Make sure your chosen outfit will fit you perfectly.
- Decide on your rental period: Choose between a 3, 7, or 14-day rental.
- Check availability and reserve: Make sure your dream outfit is free on your dates and click to reserve it!
What's included in the fee?
- A £40 cleaning & minor repairs charge, so you don't have to worry about a thing!
- Before your rental period, you will need to provide card details to cover potential major damages and loss.
Delivery and Returns:
- We'll ship your outfit at least 1 day before your rental period begins, so you're ready to go!
- Enjoy your outfit, knowing you're doing your bit for the planet and looking absolutely fabulous at a fraction of the cost.
- Returning is super easy! We'll send you a pre-paid return label.
- Just pop the outfit back in the post on the last day of your rental.
- Once we've received it and checked it over, you will get an email letting you know if the item has come back in ok condition. If a returned item is deemed damaged beyond repair, you will be liable for the cost of repair. In cases of severe damage rendering the item unusable for future rentals, you will be liable for the pre-loved value of the item, less the rental price already paid. This value will be determined at the sole discretion of Sugar Hound and will be between 50% and 80% of the item's RRP.
